K-2 Math Journals: Place Value!!

Yippee!! I finished my K-2 place value pack for math journals! It's 70 pages, so there are plenty of ideas for differentiating!

These documents are printables and they are here, in my TPT store! Have a look if you're curious......

I'm off to bed super late again! I just have so much on my mind I really can't sleep!

Have a great start to your week everyone!

I love your math journals. Do you have something for reading?

Here is a link to a manual I wrote to give tips and ideas for this style of notebooking for K-2 classes: http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/How-to-use-K-2-NotebooksJournals.......let me know if you have any questions: ) I am putting up a short vowel pack for journals later today!

Would love to know what paper you use for your journal. Is the grid paper part of the packet? Do you find the grid helps them line things up better?

Hi Kim,
The paper I use for my K-2 math journals is oversize grid paper in a 11 1/2 x nearly 9 in. notebook. This is based on math notebooks from other countries, and helps students write numbers, organize patterns, make arrays, etc. I love it!
